Our Beer Philosophy and Current Tap List
The only beer made with 100% locally grown and malted grains in the region. Every beer we make is designed to explore the unique flavors of the grain it features. We currently have at least one beer based around each of the following grains.
1. Hoppy Bere – 3.4% ABV/ 59 IBUs
Using 100% Scot’s Bere malt, this beer is hopped more aggressively than our normal Scot’s Bere. Don’t worry, the malt still comes through!
2. Lyon Single Malt – 4.9% ABV/ 34 IBUs
100% Lyon Barley with 100% Tahoma hops. Everything was bred by WSU.
3. Spelt – 7% ABV/ 20 IBUs
Using 100% spelt, this beer has strong wheat flavor and was aged in wine barrels.
4. Wasted Loaf #11 – Dark Munich – 4.2% ABV/ 45 IBUs
Following tradition, our Wasted Loaf beers have a good portion of bread added to the mash. This beer also sports LINC Malt’s Dark Munich, a delicious, raisin and caramel flavored malt that adds deliciousness and a beautiful dark brown color.
5. Am-Bere Lager – 3.8% ABV/ 31 IBUs – Collaboration with Mount Lakes
A clean lager brewed with 100% Scot’s Bere from Palouse Heritage in Endicott, Washington. This beer is earthy and rich while still be refreshing and easy to drink.
6. Purple Egyptian Braggot– 4.7% ABV/ 31 IBUs
Delicious ale with a light dried fruit flavor and aroma from the Purple Egyptian barley malt from Palouse Heritage, in Endicott, WA with a bit of added honey.
7. Red Russian Core – 4.6% ABV/ 28 IBUs
A beer brewed for one purpose – taste like Red Russian Wheat from Palouse Heritage, in Endicott, WA.! This beer is simple and boldly flavorful with hints of coriander.
8. Lester Cup – Citrus Sonora – 3.8% ABV/ 32 IBUs
Brewed for the Lester Cup, a collaborative competition with five other Spokane breweries. This beer uses Sonora White Wheat from Palouse heritage and provides an incredibly drinkable summer beer.
We also have a small selection of regional organic ciders as well as selected wines.
