Our Beer Selections
The only beer made with 100% locally grown and malted grains in the region. Every beer we make is designed to explore the unique flavors of the grain it features. We currently have at least one beer based around each of the following grains.
Purple Egyptian Hulless Barley
Purple Egyptian is an amazing grain with unique flavors. From roots in the Nile River Valley of Egypt, this grain imparts light, slightly sweet dried fruit notes into any beer.
Scot’s Bere Barley
Scot’s Bere Barley has a storied past and bright future. Stemming from the highlands of Scotland and the Orcades Islands, this staple has a rich, bready taste that cannot be matched.
Red Russian Soft Red Wheat
A late-maturing soft red grain of legendary flavor native to Great Britain where it has long been known as English Squarehead for the distinctive shape of its spikes. It was introduced to the Columbia Plateau in the 1890s where it flourished in the Walla Walla Valley and the Palouse Hills. Red Russian has a rich body when brewed and a touch of coriander flavor.
We also have a small selection of organic ciders.
