Lagers

Hillyard Lager - 4.5% ABV
Very light and crisp lager, brewed to be an "everyday" beer. Easy to drink and easy to love. Brewed for our restaurant Locos that has opened  in Hillyard. Yeehaw!

Steampipe CZ Pilsner - 4.3% AVB
A beautiful, golden Czech Pilsner with a crisp floral flavor and aroma, all balanced with an incredibly rich and drinkable malt base. Poured off a traditional side-pull faucet. Ask your bartender for a “Milko”

Miruvöré NZ Pilsner - 5.6% ABV
A light Pilsner body is layered with the finest Nelson Sauvin hops you can buy out of New Zealand. This crispy beer is crackery with a ton of white wine grapes, sticky pot, dank pot, and tropical fruit flavors.

Malt Forward

Jennie Rae’s Chocolate Oatmeal Stout -  5.3% ABV
Modestly sweet body with relatively dry finish. Pronounced roasted notes with chocolate and coffee. Milder body without sacrifice of flavor. A perfect summer stout. Named in honor of the brewer's Mother in law and her oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.

Red Baron, Altbier - 4.2%  AVB
The Red Baron Altbier is a German staple around Düsseldorf. Dark red in color, this beer has a light and crisp feeling body with enough depth and richness to balance out the medium bitterness and floral/herbal hops and slightly fruity yeast.

Buzz, Your Girlfriend… Woof - Lester Cup Porter - 6%  AVB
Our entry for the Winter 2024 Lester Cup! A classic American style porter with a clean body, dark and roasted notes of coffee and chocolate, and a balanced bitterness and hop flavor of pine and citrus peel.

Even Warmer - 6.8% ABV
An Autumn Warmer brewed and aged for 6 months with lemongrass, lavender, coriander, and sage. Not quite as heavy or boozy as a Winter Warmer but a wonderful beer for the season.

Landrace Beers

Landrace grains develop unique characteristics based on the area they are grown in. All of our landrace grains are grown in the St. John/Endicott area of the Palouse by our partners at Palouse Heritage.

Purple Egyptian - 4.7% ABV
A very unique beer brewed with Purple Egyptian Barley, this beer is extremely easy to drink with wonderful flavors of dried fruit and grape nuts.

BiFröst - 5% ABV
Brewed In collaboration with Emrys
A 100% Purple Egyptian Barley Ale single hopped with Strata Hops from Roy Farms, using a Norwegian Kviek yeast brings the fruit flavors forward to this beautiful and delicious beer.

Hoppy

Stack House, Hazy IPA - 6.2% ABV
Light bodied fruity hazy IPA with tons of fruit and very low bitterness. Brewed with Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic hops. This beer is named for our brewery location at the Steam Plant.

Ales for ALS - Triple Crown, Cold IPA - 6% ABV
A light body Cold IPA brewed with flaked rice to create the crispiest IPA around. Hopped with the 2023 Ales for ALS hop blend, this beer is blowing up with big Citrus tropical and pine flavors. $1 from each Triple Crown Cold IPA goes towards ALS research, better than dumping ice water on your head like the old days. 

The Pollinator, Triple IPA - 10% ABV
The Pollinator is our first ever Triple IPA brewed with Buzz barley, this the name thus the name The Pollinator. Its 10% ABV is noticeable but not overbearing and is balanced out with huge stone fruit, citrus rind, dank resin and pine, finishing with a crisp bitterness to round it all out. Brewed with Columbus, Centennial, Amarillo, Mosaic, Citra, and Cascade hops.

Good Gaudi, West Coast IPA 6.3% ABV
This extremely light bodied IPA is the definition of a “Crispy Boi”. 100% Genie Pilsner is layered with Centennial in the whirlpool and Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin in the dry hop. Tons of dank pot with a blend of gooseberry and blueberry hit your palate hard.

Centennial Trail, Pale Ale  5.4 % ABV
Our favorite Purple Egyptian Barley gives this pale a uniquely fruity grain base to this beer. Mosaic and Strata in the whirlpool build up a base of berry and dank that is topped off by a hefty dry hop of Strata, Mosaic, and Centennial for a refreshing citrus, pine, and berry aroma and flavor.

SunnyB, Hoppy American Wheat - 5.2% ABV
Collaboration with Emrys Beer and Mead
Light bodied with a soft yet crisp mouthfeel layered with tons of citrus and tropical hop flavors. Brewed with Baronesse Pilsner and Cashup White Wheat grown by Joseph’s Grainery and Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops.

Artemis II- Hazy IPA- 6.5% ABV
A hazy IPA Collab brewed with Mountain Lakes Brewing Company using Citra, Amarillo, Azacca, and Mosaic Hops. Blueberry, orange, lemon, and tropical fruit hit your pallet while a slight soft bitterness balances it all perfectly.

Mashed Potato Sandwich- Hazy Double IPA- 8% ABV

A super fruit forward hazy DIPA brewed with 100% Mosaic and Citra hops from Roy Farms in Moxee Washington. Loaded with flavors of berry, citrus, and just the perfect hint of pine. 

Our Cedar Taproom has over 20 taps that include a very wide range of beers from the lightest of the light to the darkest of the dark, and everything in between. We also aim to use as high a portion of single origin hops as is feasible. The main hop farm we use to achieve this goal is Roy Farms in Moxee, Washington. We also have a variety of wines from Wildland Cooperative located in Greenbluff, Ciders from Liberty Cider, and Kombucha from Zen Zymergist.

Canned Beer

We also make and sell a variety of canned beer. We have a variety of our Landrace grain beers as well as our Inland Northwest Series that highlights specific farms and hops.
